For the company, being involved from the earliest stages in the development of a new product means allowing it to fully express its craftsmanship skills, while offering innovative solutions and proposals to meet any challenge that may arise, whether for the creation of fashion show garments or the industrialised production of the product, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction.

Poletti S.r.l. supports the customer in the selection of the processes that will define the garment, providing its expertise to optimise the industrialisation of the product while maintaining the highest levels of quality, to offer solutions in line with its market positioning.

Over the years, the company has established a significant network of collaborations with specialists in the sector, both in the supply of raw materials and in specialised processes such as embroidery, printing, special applications on fabrics, heat setting as well as washing, enabling it to offer its customers extensive expertise in materials research and specialised processing.

PRODUCTION

Poletti S.r.l. today is a multi-service company in the fashion sector, capable of responding to the most diverse customer requirements.

The ability demonstrated by the company, to expand its skills by flanking the production of shirting garments with that of trousers and outerwear, combined with a network of sub-suppliers built up over many years of activity and which allows it to collaborate on a daily basis with the best European suppliers of fabric and accessories of international renown, has made the company a significant partner for Made in Italy and Made in Romania productions, whether it is managing façon or finished product orders.

Through its own production line in Italy, Poletti S.r.l. is able to produce really special shirting or light garments, both in terms of workmanship and materials, mainly characterised by a limited quantity of garments.

With the aim of offering customers a wider range of products and quantities and to better respond to various production budgets, Poletti S.r.l. has also been offering Made in Romania since the 1990s through SummerConf S.r.l., a company owned by the Poletti family.

SummerConf S.r.l. was founded in 1996 in Boto?ani, northern Romania, 450 km from Bucharest, and is today a solid international industrial company and a key producer for those in need of high quality products.

In order to maintain a high level of specialisation, each type of garment is handled on different garment lines, which are set up and equipped for the processing of each product, allowing high standards of quality and production efficiency to be achieved.

Poletti S.r.l. monitors every phase of the different production processes, starting from the procurement of materials, to the internal handling of goods, to the internal quality control, carried out also on garments made abroad, up to the delivery of the finished product.

Poletti S.r.l. and SummerConf S.r.l. have made the flexibility of the services they offer the distinctive element of their daily operations, which combined with the high quality level of the garments they produce makes them de facto main suppliers for those who intend to produce garments in Europe, thus being able to boast the best Made in globally for the fashion industry.

MADE TO MEASURE

Poletti S.r.l. has always specialised in the production of men’s shirts and the made-to-measure service was introduced as early as the 1980s. Today, the company is able to offer a B2B service related to its own made-to-measure shirting proposal, structured on models and fits tested over decades of activity with a selection of fabrics elaborated on the main fabric constructions and colour variants that reflect the taste and needs of the end customer, allowing the customer to approach this particular sector of men’s fashion with a valid proposal and in a short time.

For structured B2B customers who already have their own tailor-made proposal, we can offer the production service including CAD development.

For the company, the complexity of the productions managed in Italy currently makes the made-to-measure service reserved almost exclusively for customers who already entrust it with Made-in-Italy productions; however, this service is now particularly developed in Romania, at SummerConf S.r.l., where a dedicated line is set up to reach a production capacity of about 2,200 garments per month.
